Registration Procedures
Registrations for student enrollment will take place June 1 - 30, 2023. Registrations must be made entered in the Summer School Student Information System by administration in a participating school district in Cattaraugus or Allegany Counties.
It is important to note, not all school districts participate in this program. CA BOCES cannot accept registrations from parents. Parents must contact their local school district for registration of students.
Local school administration must register each student for BRASS on the Summer School Student Information System website: www.summerschoolsis.com
Steps to register a student for courses and/or exams:

Go to www.summerschoolsis.com

Click on “Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES”

Login in using your username and password. Contact our offices if you need assistance with your username and password.

Click on “Students & Registration/Add a New Student” - located in the blue row at the top of the screen.

“*” indicates fields that are required for registration.

Click on “Add New Summer School Student” at the bottom of the screen to save student information.

After the student information is complete, you must register each student for courses and/or exams. Click on the “Jump To” drop down menu and select “Register New Class/Exam”.

Select the courses that the student will be registered to enroll in. Save the selections by clicking “REGISTER CLASSES/EXAMS SELECTED” at the bottom of the screen.
